give-saddle-back in purpur.yml not working

Expected behavior

sneak + right clicking will retrieve the saddle from a pig with a saddle equipped if give-saddle-back is enabled in purpur.yml

Observed/Actual behavior

both with pigs being rideable in config, and without, retrieving the saddle doesn't work.

Steps/models to reproduce

set give-saddle-back to true in purpur.yml
restart server (not sure if reload is enough)
spawn in pig and equip saddle
sneak + right click pig with saddle
