Document the update method

There's a very useful update method on objects such as PullRequest that allow re-fetching the state. It would be great if this could be documented!

(I recently used it to implement a wait-for-mergeable loop. Without a call to update, I would never know the status had changed, or I would have to recreate the PullRequest object repeatedly.)
