ACX Tweaks does not collect any user data.

• It never connects to a remote server
• There are no analytics or tracking of any kind
• There is no compensation, financial or otherwise, given to the developer for this extension

All data saved is local, and can be cleared at any time. The data is:

• The current value of the user options
• The last time you have visited each page, in order to determine which comments are new

It is hosted by GitHub, which is owned by Microsoft, and is unrelated to both the developer and the extension.
