Update to v2.0.0 with extra bug fixes:

• bugfix to make TRY 2045 *.dat-files from DWD readable again
• change the numbering of saved figures to start with 1 instead of 0 to be consistent with the Excel GUI
• bugfix in the Excel GUI for Excel 2016 where the paths of the weather file and the executable file were not preserved when exporting the results
