Old pull requests once merged are seldom reopened (can't recall a single case of reopening a pull request). |

I think this PR doesn't make sense. Metalink files are basically a list of mirrors. Using metalink over onion service doesn't guarantee that actual updates will be downloaded over onion service. It even guarantee the opposite thing, since we don't list onion mirror there. |
