Where a https version of a website is available I changed the URL to use HTTPS.

I noticed these issued:

This pull request only contains one change which could possibly break QuiteRSS: The auto-update function. Sadly I couldn't test the quiterss auto-updater because I am unable to build QuiteRSS (how do I do that?). And your certificate on quiterss.org just expired.
