VicVaDis

A 3.5-million-word Victorian Anti-Vaccination Discourse Corpus (VicVaDis) consisting of 133 anti-vaccination pamphlets and publications gathered from 1854 to 1906, a span of 53 years that loosely coincides with the Victorian era (1837-1901). Created by the Questioning Vaccination Discourse (Quo VaDis) project in the ESRC Centre for Corpus Approaches to Social Science (CASS) at Lancaster University, UK. This dataset is shared under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution License CC BY 4.0 (https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/deed.en) which permits unrestricted reuse, distribution, and reproduction in any medium, provided the original dataset is properly cited.
