Arranging bookmarks by drag´n drop

For now qupzilla doesn´t allow us to arrange bookmarks by drag´n drop. I think that this improves usuability in browser.

Is this featur planned for the future?

Yeah .. it wasn't really important when i wrote it. Now the situation is completely different of course
