[Feature] Show wait time required before next song request

Currently, once I request a song and want to request another, it just says I have to wait "a while" before requesting again. This is very confusing, since I waited almost an hour and I still can't request.

It would be very useful to show exactly how much time we need to wait before being able to request again.

I think the user cooldown is 2 hours. But yes, that would be nice to display. It's on the to do list.
