Per discussion in #359
make SPARQLWrapper an extra_requires for the 4.1 release
series, enabling distribution packagers to upgrade to 4.1
for core RDFLib functionality while creating the required
SPARQLWrapper package for 4.2.

Actually, thinking about this again, I'm going to roll this one back.

It's not really an appropriate change for a patch release, and it's not fair on the people who already packaged 4.1 WITH SPARQLWrapper.

I'm afraid you'll have to patch it yourself Dan - sorry!
