boards/mulle: remove support #17022

Contribution description

As proposed in https://forum.-os.org/t/dropping-support-of-outdated-poorly-supported-boards-and-modules/3343/10, this PR removes the mulle BOARD, the hardware is no longer available and the company webpage has disappeared.

This is the only board we have that sports a K60 MCU

Makes sense if its the only BOARD supporting the CPU then lets keep it.
