This will be useful for beginner tutorials and establishing a nice dev loop where you can use RLBotGUI and still get breakpoint debugging.
I am intentionally not making use of spikes.py in the bot logic because I don't want to create any confusion for people who start out trying to do normal soccer. Tutorials that wish to do spike rush can explicitly show how to integrate the spikes util into the logic.
