…e css to use the new logo and set the height to the size of the new logo. Also updated the geoshape site_index template reflect the change to FireCARES
Added the FireCARES logo and updated the template
… background color of the search bar to make it easier to see with the new color. I also added padding to the search input because it looked bad without it
