HLE: use original filename for media exports

I was just winging it with the title before.
It's most likely just meant for metadata.

As it wasn't showing up in XMB, I checked the music folder and not sure whats with thoose filenames and extra quote 🤔

Shows up after fixing file extension and moving out of this folder, so I guess core thing is fixed :D

Yes I did, removed the quote folder thing, ran installer then XMB.
With that incorrect folder name it wouldn't show up, thats why I wanted to originally say that it still would have to be moved back to music folder, but works being in that 'music_stereo' thing, wondering how many games named the folder same way xD

Previously didn't attach the log as vsh needed killing RPCS3 process and starting things over to boot properly. Here's working one:
