Tyme-Engine

My first attempt at a component based C# Game Engine, using OpenTK for Rendering, aswell as following the https://opentk.net/learn/ Guide.

After Cloning, open the solution file, right click on the solution and hit restore NuGet Packages. this should fix the issue
