Change text in chart from "vector" to something a bit more informative #2332

Would "Download or view full-size vector graphics version" be better? |

Hi JJ,
The user does not need to know how the graphic was created. The
user only wants the information on the graphic.
If someone with experience in web design wants to know what the
graphic is, there are a ton of ways for him to find out.
I see no reason to "download". Again, you can do that with most
browsers if you want.
Keeping in mind what folks are typicality there for (seeking
wisdom), I think the best method is the KISS method (Keep It
Simple and Stupid).
My favorite choice is to just say "Enlarge". Get straight to
the point.

The problem
As said in #2331 by @ToddAndMargo, and also in #2315, it's not clear that clicking on "vector" takes you to the SVG file
Suggestions
As suggested by @ToddAndMargo,
I can't think of anything better. Any suggestion is welcome
