  • What kind of change does this PR introduce?
    Feature: Added a parameter to allow custom language combinations to be selected at build time.
    Docs Update: Updated and clarified how to use make to build IronOS on macOS/Linux.

  • What is the current behavior?
    A few large preset language combinations defined in the Makefile can be built, limiting the multi-language feature to the Pinecil.

  • What is the new behavior (if this is a feature change)?
    Smaller custom language combinations can now be defined in the make command, allowing users of devices other than the Pinecil to reap the benefits of having a multilingual firmware as well.

Added a parameter to allow custom language combinations to be selected at build time.
Updated and clarified how to build IronOS for different models with single or multiple, preset or custom, languages on macOS and Linux.
