Added a parameter to allow custom language combinations to be selected at build time.
Updated and clarified how to build IronOS for different models with single or multiple, preset or custom, languages on macOS and Linux.

A few large preset language combinations defined in the
Makefilecan be built, limiting the multi-language feature to the Pinecil.What is the new behavior (if this is a feature change)?
Smaller custom language combinations can now be defined in the
makecommand, allowing users of devices other than the Pinecil to reap the benefits of having a multilingual firmware as well.
