Built as part of the 2012 RallyON! Hackathon.

This App is currently not functional. We have productionalized some of the functionality of this app with the Portfolio Hierarchy App. If that app does not do what you need feel free to give us feed back through Rally Ideas.
All users will now be able to access some of the functionality of this App by using the [Portfolio Hierarchy App] (http://developer.rallydev.com/help/portfolio-hierarchy-app)
