Lists do not display in "Data Table" or "Data Summary" Presentation modes

This reopens #149. List objects unlike other simple types generate no display -- or warning -- in any presentation modes. The display area is left blank.

A list, unlike a text string or tuple results in no display at all. Merely installing this extension causes this blank output to show up, because the extension's renderer is prioritized over the built-in. This is inconsistent, confusing behavior.

I am going to close this one as well. Wrong extension and repository.
