Unpack file in your PCaPP mod file if you use MO or NMM 0.60. If you use NMM 0.5x or Wrye Bash unpack in Data folder.
The folder 'Extra' is not needed.
Ignore the Rent Rescaling test folder, it isn't ready yet.
