The fetchInternalEntitlements broke in some way, but the actual API response is mostly sane (but a bit less camelCased). Need to fix drmDef -> drm_def, gameMeta -> game_meta, etc.
Handle camelCasing changes. Always assume API Icon and fix their size. Show expired/Plus titles by default (currently shows more than content).

Seems all (expired?) PS+ content is marked as PS4. Maybe this is why it was previously disabled. |

Add new PS_PLUS_REQUIRED system for pre-PS4 content. Should be required for proper system and size detection.
