Feature description

When the user searches for something in YouTube and when they scroll a bit down, they're initially greeted with a People also watched, followed by For you, Previously watched, From related searches and finally Latest from (Whatever channel you searched). And guess what, the cycle repeats as well.

When exploring YouTube's recommended categories, users often find themselves navigating a maze of enticing content that can easily divert their attention. The algorithm, while designed to engage users, sometimes leads to a time-consuming journey through diverse topics, resulting in a cascade of videos that may not align with the user's original intent. The algorithm's emphasis on watch time and popular trends can overshadow personalized preferences, steering users towards content that may not be relevant or desired. As a result, users may invest more time than intended, occasionally encountering videos that don't align with their initial search, creating an unintended detour from their original purpose on the platform.
