fix(TikTok): Hook application context earlier to prevent crash #2893

TikTok integrations hook

The TikTok sim spoof crash was caused by the spoof sim hook being called before the application#onCreate method could set Utils.context. Some of the sim spoof code is called from the TikTok Application constructor, which is called before the TikTok integrations hook is called from onCreate().

Changed the TikTok initialization hook to use the Application constructor, and added a new field to IntegrationsFingerprint to allow setting the insert index (which is needed since the insertion must be index 1 and not the hard coded 0 it previously was).

Utils.context initialization

When sim spoof was not included, the call from Utils.setContext to Logger.printDebug saw a null context error, even though the context was no longer null. The issue appears to be cyclic references from the Logger to Settings back to Utils.context, and it uses a previously loaded null value and not the actual value (changing the field to volatile did not fix the field visibility either). Changed it to use the logger initialization methods, as those do not use Settings or the Context and are not affected by any of this weirdness.
