The workflow is triggered by things other than pull requests, but only works for pull requests. This should make it not fail on other events. Also reports the github.event.workflow_run in case there are clues in there that would let us filter it differently.
I've cherry-picked 12fa87b onto my own main, which might allow us to test it (it'll only function when on a main branch). |

There are a couple of problems with the new regression test result annotations workflow introduced in #2501

Fix problem 1.
If someone has ideas about problem 2, contribute them before merging. Else let's just get this in to fix problem 1 - assuming that it does so (let's let the slow tests run this time)
