Feature request: Mark Newsgroup Read

When right-clicking a newsgroup "folder" we still get a menu item called "mark folder as Read" - which doesn't do anything:

Instead, add a new menu item "Mark Newsgroup Read" as the one that is offered in the folder tree context menu:

Test version below (no localisation) - there is no separate option to enable the top level menu but it is connected to the same settings as "Mark folder as Read" which I believe is reasonable.
