Add explanation to the "New filter Properties" page in settings #182

Some people may have trouble with the concept of "New Filter" - add an explanation at the top:

An explanation may add that this applies to every new filter created through the quickFilters assistant (so either by dragging with assistant active or via the context menu "quickFilters: Create Filter from message..."

New version with explanation on top of the page:

Already localized for the following locales: de, es, es-AR, fi, fr, it, ja, nl, pl, pt, ru, sv, vi, zh-CN

quickFilters-wx-5.9.2pre9.zip

to test , download zip file and drag into thunderbird Add-ons manage (without extracting contents).
