Summary:

This page shows our low fidelity model and describes our low fidelity evaluation process. The evaluation process includes templates for the heuristic evaluation methods, the test results and the conclusions obtained by the evaluation process.

Problems that found from the evaluation

  • No constraints when users register their username and password.

  • No search function is found on the entire model set.

  • No internet status was displayed.

  • Should be a "Save" button on the user profile page.

  • Should allow volunteers or other on-site personnel to upload photos and videos as details about the elderly.

  • The app should allow the user to "remember the password" and automatically log in.

  • Should provide details for any possible error once occurs.

  • Should offer a customer support service entrance (feedback system).

  • No FAQ is found.

  • The tutorial videos may not be sufficient for possible problem-shooting.

  • Calling the patient's family member on the phone is not efficient or not operable. Instead, the system should automatically message them once the volunteers have confirmed the accident.

  • Should add a description for "Qualification" for users to make sure whether they are qualified.

  • There is no button for the user to "go back". It is better to have a "back" button on the navigation, password (used to open the door) and the instruction page.

  • Some participants couldn't understand the meaning of the "bell" on the home screen.

  • The user should be allowed to change the route to the patient's home.

  • Unclickable button is not defined. Which buttons are unclickable?

  • The app should warn the user if the user is trying to change some settings that may cause serious problems.

  • Some participants mentioned adding a "professional version". However, more discussion and consideration should be held to define whether a professional version should be added and what it should be like.
