Some variables used by our jswarm and jmaster containers were excised from previous runs. These should be added back into the variables (such as the jenkins_user_uid) for jswarm/jmaster image creation.

The UID variable is only required in the case of creating a Docker
image, and only in support of OpenShift. This variable gets moved over
to the proper location in the inventories
