If RedGIFs sees too many requests coming to the API from a single source, that source might get blocked. That would result in the website being inaccessible completely. If you think that happened by mistake, please follow these steps.

  1. Send us an email at support@redgifs.com explaining the situation. Please include the following.
    • Your IP address. You can find one using a website like whatismyipaddress.com.
    • A description of your website usage: is it a browser, a mobile phone, or an application you develop? Please give as many details as possible.
    • A screenshot of the error message.
  2. Please give us 1-2 working days to review all this.
