Support for HAP for resolutions that aren't multiples of 4

Describe the issue
Avpro ultra edition -Hap Codec cant play in Window .. Unity 2020.3.14f1. Codec installed.. hap codec video works in touch designer ,quick time

Your Setup (please complete the following information):

• Unity 2020.3.14f1
• AVPro Video version: 2.2.0
• Window 10
• Device model:
• Video specs (2730x 1920 , 30, Hap, 240mb):

To Reproduce

1. Import video
2. load by avpro
3. screen show blank

Have you ticked 'Use Hap/NotchLC' in the Media Player inspector? Under Platform Specific -> Windows

Could you provide more information please? Are there any errors?

Have you tried in the Demo_MediaPlayer scene?

@kilelr we suspect your video doesn't play because we currently don't support playing HAP resolutions that are non multiples of 4 on Windows.

We will look into adding support for this.
