Release 1.1.2 with typo fixes

I suggest a patch release to include some typos which have already been merged.

• Typo fixes in data entity section Fix typos in data entities page #177, workflow section Wrong knime file in the Complete Workflow Example #180, metadata section Typo at Metadata Section #181
• I propose to also include Correct namespace for rdfs:comment #164 to fix the rdfs: bug.

Suggested release notes in draft release.

• Update changelog.md
• Update (c) years in affected files
• Update authors to match current community
• Reserve DOI as Draft Zenodo release
• Update version/date/author/DOI in 1.1/ro-crate-metadata.json
• Recreate 1.1/ro-crate-preview.html
• Prepare/upload ro-crate-1.1.1.html (one page) using make
• Prepare/upload ro-crate-1.1.1.pdf (from above)
• Prepare/upload ro-crate-context-1.1.1.jsonld (unchanged?)
• Prepare/upload ro-crate-metadata.json (from above)
• Prepare/upload ro-crate-preview.html (from above)
• Ensure Zenodo uploads match GitHub Release artefacts
• Publish Zenodo entry
• Publish GitHub release+tag
• Update/create next 1.2-DRAFT to include all 1.1 changes
