Describe the bug
When the current song I'm listening to is almost at the end. I press the previous track button in the notification shade, so I can listen to it again. However, it'll go to the previous track instead of replaying the current track. All my devices running Android 13 (Samsung Tab S9 and Samsung S23) and Android 14 (Pixle 6a) are affected by this bug. It doesn't affect devices running Android 12 (Oneplus N200 and Moto G Pure). Well, at least the ones I've tested.

How To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Wait until the current track has played for a little bit.
2. Press the previous button in the notification shade.
3. The song will change to the previous track instead of replaying the current song.

Expected behavior
I want it to replay the current track instead of playing the previous track.
