Balance Pass 0.6.0

• Slightly decreased thylakoid glucose production by 0.01.
• Significantly reduced chloroplast glucose production by 0.012. (Now one chloroplast produces 0.4 more glucose than three thylakoids combined).
• Increased available sunlight energy in a patch by 50000, making for a more attractive and accommodating niche for species to occupy.
• Boosted collected compound reproduction rate increase by 25%.
• Decreased small iron chunk iron concentration to 15, and dissolve rate to 0.1.
