## Why is the versioning so confusing?

This app is my first ever actual app that I have committed myself too and that is actually in long term development. Before, I had no idea how versioning worked and so I was totally a newbie.

Long story short, I didn't know how versioning worked and by the time I understood the correct way it as too late.
