0.5.0 Release

@KellyMWhitehead we've done a bunch fixes on dev and I think I'd like to publish 0.5.0 next week if there are no issues

The bugs that are going into 0.5.0 are in this milestone:

For each issue:

1. Is the issue really fixed?
2. Does it work with different kinds of projects? (Maybe try VBET, RSContext for sure and then anything else you have on your computer)
3. Try thinking up any edge cases of people using it in ways we might not expect.
