Installation

Install Insilico

Clone and install InSilico

Set up SBMLSheets

Command line for Unix systems (recomended)

Clone SBMLSheets:

#clone and move files 
git clone https://github.com/RobertDeibel/SBMLSheets
cd SBMLSheets/scripts/

You might have to change the permissions of config:

chmod u+x config

Then run ./config:

./config /path/to/insilico/

Start from eclipse
