• Add date_time and 'duration_minutes' fields to speaker schema.
• Add updateSpeakerData() function to update the status of a particular speakers session depending on the time and date of the speaker session and its duration.
• Add updateSpeakerData() as cron job to update the speakers session state automatically every minute.
