[Bug] Also send to channel checkbox doesn't show proper state after Admin UI

Description:

It's a Front-End bug.
I don't know correct and full steps to reproduce, but sometime checkbox for Also send to channel option doesn't show proper state (don't change at all).

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open some chat (channel, group or DM)
2. Open Admin UI, browse it a little bit. Changes not needed
3. Close Admin UI
4. Start thread in opened at step 1 chat
5. Try to click Also send to channel checkbox
6. It freezes in current state but in fact work fine - only appearance is wrong

Expected behavior:

Also send to channel checkbox should work properly every time

Actual behavior:

Server Setup Information:

• Version of Rocket.Chat Server: 3.16.3
• Operating System: CentOS7
• Deployment Method: docker
• Number of Running Instances: 20
• DB Replicaset Oplog: Enabled
• NodeJS Version: 12.22.1
• MongoDB Version: 4.2.14

Client Setup Information

• Desktop App or Browser Version: Chrome 92 and RC.Electron 3.2.3
• Operating System: Windows 10

Additional context

Screen grabbed on open server 29.07.2021 on 3.17.0-rc3 i believe, but I get that bug on my server with 3.16.3 version really often.

That button can be always checked or always unchecked in that bug.

I found a 100% reproducible way for that bug. Admin UI involved.

Steps to reproduce:
