Adjust spacing of Condition Track
Added attribute names to hover text for all non-repeating fields on the sheet
Removed all mentions of NPC-grapple
Added skill notes to the NPC Perception roll,
NPC statblock now actually pulls stats from the NPC sheet
Removed extraneous } from NPC ability checks
Changed vehicle attack default values to more common values (including changing the placeholder text, which was often confused for a filled-in value)

Also fixed text color for Second Wind rolltemplate
