Changes

• Don't hardcode path locations but use Resource::Paths::GetSaveArea() and Resource::Paths::GetDirFromID()
• Fix backups not working correctly when using a mod which modifies the save file path (like VanillaCold's Spore-MultipleSaveFiles)
