schematron wont validate elements in ead namespace with dtd valid instances #498

It will fire rules for nodes selected with wildcards, but not those in the ead namespace.

@tcatapano is this still an issue? if so, what else do we need to do before we can close it out?

@kerstarno : sorry, just getting back to this now. the issue would still be present since the DTD cannot include a namespace, and yet the schematron file for EAD3 includes the EAD3 namespace quite frequently. i think this would be something important to discuss regarding the overall schema-design principles.

Following the previous comment, EAD team decided during their meeting on 3 December 2019 to assign this issue to @fordmadox as the Schema team lead, so that it can be picked up in the context of the work on the schema design principles.
