Changed also the output of hcStart and hcStop to suggest the use of 'hana-cli hc' instead of 'cf service':

Thank you. I did merge this. I made a small cosmetic change afterwards. I converted parts of the output to Text Bundles. I know I've not always done great using text bundles in this tool; but I'm trying to get better coverage there as I'd like to make an attempt to get translation of the tool to German in the near future.
I've updated the changelog, but won't push a new version to NPM just yet. I'll probably wait until later in the week. I have a couple of other to-dos on my list and might as well bundle it all together in one new release.
