Introduce placement of calendar/datetime picker

Briefly describe your proposal.

It would be great if the placement of the popup can be defined. If there is not enough space, the "time-part" of the picker is not visible.

Which versions of Angular and Fundamental NGX are affected? (If this is a feature request, use current version.)
