Presented and explained the new 2 production lines project organisation.
Design product line: Goal: Design and create all assets and information necessary for a Techne component to be implemented.
Implementation product line: Goal: Implement Techne components coming out of the Design Production Line.

All information was agreed and understood by all participants.
The ownership and handover of issues from the Design to the Implementation pipeline was clearly stated.
The nature of the work flow is classic Kanban, pull process. Unless changed on the Implementation Pipeline, has not been not informed as of 03.04.2017
