Adds scalar rules for trig functions over
Quantitys ofDegrees. Also adds a rule forustrip. I'm going to sit on this for a day or so before a merge to see if there are any other functions that I personally need before a merge.Probably a good opportunity to close #8 if I have time to reinterpret the
