Seg3D is a free volume segmentation and processing tool developed by the NIH Center for Integrative Biomedical Computing at the University of Utah Scientific Computing and Imaging (SCI) Institute. Seg3D combines a flexible manual segmentation interface with powerful higher-dimensional image processing and segmentation algorithms from the Insight Toolkit. This release contains bug fixes, an upgrade to ITK 5.2.0, a new grow cut tool, support for large datasets on Windows, and support for newer OSX and Windows 10 versions.

This release contains bug fixes, an upgrade to Eigen, an STL writer for Windows, the ability to change threshold color, a faster implicit model tool using parallel algorithms, and a viewer fix for OSX 10.14 and newer.

This release contains bug fixes, an upgrade to ITK 4.13.1, an option to build only manual segmentation tools, an option to build Seg3D as a static library (Windows only), and python scripts can be called from the command line.

The release contains bug fixes and upgrades ITK to 4.13. Additional running modes were added as Command Line parameters, allowing Seg3D to run in headless mode or run a python script on startup.

#168: Curvature AnisioDiff Filter Mutilates/evicerates input data

Number of bins to be ignored in the Histogram Equalization filter has been increased. Also, using help() in the Python interpreter no longer causes interpreter to hang.
