Fixes #3804 #3764.

  • Reduced vertical space
  • Made "Configure your program" smaller vertically and horizontally
  • Moved the legend to the right side
  • Added help text to explain the dropdowns and "update labels" button (can be toggled with the "?" icon)
  • Moved the chart higher on the page so it hopefully fits in the viewport completely
  • Moved the "export" button to top right for consistency
  • Revised text on legend to guide user to show/hide data series on graph
