coincidence logic, retraction and updates still need to be checked thoroughly.
The immediate hb-fail feedbacks work, but need to update the statistics after sending out a message.
feedback within defined interval also work, but maybe better to make this "upon request" via some remote commands

We should convert the script back to its original name, and clean the debugging stuff before merging. Let me handle that tomorrow |
