Network Solutions - broken CAA support

Network Solutions recently added CAA as an available record type, including a simple form to enter the information correctly.

However, after completing the form, the CAA record appears in the list of records, but does not work. I suspect it's because the domain name is forced to @ with no way to change it to the hostname.

Thanks for the info. I don't see an option for CAA records in my Network Solutions account so I can't reproduce this myself. Would you be able to provide more information, such as a screenshot of the user interface?
