We chose to go with a low-code solution because it is much easier to get it up-and-running. Microsoft Power Automate also has native connectivity to GitHub and SharePoint.

The alternative solution was to do it in C# .Net.

Website

We chose to go with a static website because we wanted custom styling, good SEO and low ongoing costs.

We decided to go with Next.js over Jekyll or Gatsby or Astro or Wordpress as it allowed for more custom styling and it is a more popular framework.

We chose Azure over on-premise because the costing is quite low.
